Waspaloy is an alloy formulated of Nickel, Chromium and Iron with extension of Molybdenum, Copper and Titanium. The alloy invented to contribute exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments and reducing environments that acquire sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid. The nickel content in the alloy is acceptable for the resistance to chloride ion and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy has exceptional anti- oxidation and non-oxidizing heat acid performance. The titanium content in the alloy sustains to resists intergranular attack after fabrication and pitting. The alloy has good welability by all conventional mechanism.
